Universal Lighting Edgecliff Pty Ltd is an Australian based company who is committed to providing the best products and services to our customers which is reflected in our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online through universallightingedgecliff.com.au
Please note that products may differ from those pictured on the website due to natural variations in colour/finish and scale of the image. Products that have been installed cannot be returned for a 'change of mind' refund, exchange or credit.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that items that were purchased on sale or as ex-display items or clearance items are not eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled or damaged any of the item/s. Item/s must be in saleable condition and returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable). Universal Lighting Edgecliff, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.

To request a refund or exchange by shipping the goods back to us, please email our online sales support team on support@universallighting.com.au or call (02) 9328 7633 (Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm, AEST). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You’ll need to cover the cost of shipping, and include your original receipt or website order confirmation email with your returned items. Make sure that your items are in their original packaging, haven’t been installed and are in a resalable condition. You’ll receive a refund or an exchange at the same value as the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
Free Shipping Policy
Where items have been shipped to you under our Free Shipping Offer, our actual incurred shipping charge will be deducted from your refund total. This amount will be advised when you lodge your intention to return an order
Shipped returns may take up to 14 days to process. We’ll notify you by email.
Privacy when making a return
- Universal Lighting Edgecliff is committed to protecting your privacy.
- Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of Universal Lighting Edgecliff research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
